What to wear

Little Gems

Pink ballet dress, Pink ballet shoes, Black tap shoes, Ballet tights/socks may be worn.

Preparatory – Primary Ballet and Tap

Rose skirted leotard, Pink ballet shoes, Black tap shoes, Ballet socks to be worn.

For boys, a tight-fitting t-shirt or vest paired with shorts is appropriate. Black ballet shoes, black tap shoes.

Grade 1 – Grade 2 Ballet and Tap

Rose leotard, Pink ballet shoes, Black tap shoes, Ballet tights to be worn.

For boys, a tight-fitting t-shirt or vest paired with shorts is appropriate. Black ballet shoes, black tap shoes.

Grade 3+ Ballet and Tap

Black lace leotard, Ballet tights, Pink ballet shoes, Black tap shoes, Black dance shorts may be worn over leotards for class purposes.

For boys, a tight-fitting t-shirt or vest paired with shorts is appropriate. Black ballet shoes, black tap shoes.

Street Dance & Diva Dance

Students should wear the Gemini uniform, which can include a T-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, leggings, jogging bottoms, or shorts. If you are a new starter or have not yet ordered your uniform, please wear all-black clothing (e.g., black leggings, black t-shirt, etc.).

Black Jazz shoes are required for all classes.

(Students in Year 7 and above may wear indoor trainers, provided they have been approved by the teacher).

Acro Dance

Leotard, crop top, or tight-fitting sports vest top paired with shorts or leggings. Classes are barefoot.

The Gemini uniform is allowed during warm-up. After warm-up, teachers will ask students to remove any additional layers, leaving them in their leotard or crop top.

For boys, a tight-fitting t-shirt or vest paired with shorts is appropriate.

Musical Theatre

Gemini T-shirt or vest top, paired with black leggings or trousers. Black jazz shoes.

Junior Cheer Dance/Pom Dance

Cheer Crop Top/T-shirt & Shorts, Pom Poms, Jazz shoes

Senior Cheer Dance

Cheer Crop Top/T-shirt & Shorts, Pom Poms, Cheer Trainers

Junior Contemporary

Black lace leotard, Black dance shorts/leggings. Footundeez/Bare feet

Junior Jazz

Black lace leotard, Black dance shorts. Black jazz shoes

Contemporary Jazz

Rose leotard, Black dance shorts. Black jazz shoes

CMJ and Senior Contemporary

Black lace leotard, Black dance shorts/Black jogging bottoms. Footundeez/Bare feet

Senior Jazz
